My interest in photography and videography began with a simple observation: too many meaningful moments in my own life had gone undocumented. That realization became the foundation of my work — ensuring the moments that matter are never lost.
In late 2025, I turned my focus to sports photography and videography, a natural extension of my passion for athletics. It allows me to combine that passion with my craft, creating lasting records for youth athletes and for those working toward the next level of competition.
Whether on the field, on the court, or at any other venue of competition, every athlete’s effort deserves to be documented with care and precision. That belief guides every session at Lillard Visuals.

These terms govern cancellations, rescheduling and refunds for all sessions booked through Lillard Visuals.

By submitting a deposit or payment for any session, the client agrees to the terms outlined below. Please read this policy in full prior to booking.
Sessions paid by credit or debit card may be secured with a 50% deposit in lieu of payment in full. Deposits are non-refundable and serve to reserve the client’s scheduled date. The remaining balance will be charged to the payment method on file prior to the session.
Clients who remit payment in full may cancel for a complete refund, provided notice is given at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations received within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.
Sessions may be rescheduled to another available date at no additional charge, provided Lillard Visuals is notified before the originally scheduled session time.
For outdoor sessions affected by weather conditions deemed unsafe or unsuitable for photography, Lillard Visuals will reschedule the session at no additional cost. No cancellation fee applies under these circumstances.
Add-on services — including but not limited to rush delivery, extra edited photographs, and RAW file delivery — are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Promotional codes and referral credits are limited to one per order, carry no cash value, and may not be combined with other offers unless otherwise specified.
Images from team and individual sessions may be used in our portfolio, website and social media to showcase our work. If you would prefer your child’s photos not be shared publicly, simply let us know at the time of booking or at any point afterward, and we will keep those images private.
Information you provide — including your name, contact details and payment information — is used only to schedule and fulfill your session. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your card details ourselves. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
